The rates are valid from 1^st October 2009 till 31^st March 2010.

Kindly note that a surcharge of 1000/- per room per night will be charged extra and a minimum of three nights stay is required for any reservation between from 20 December 2009 till 15^th January 2010.

Rules

Andaman Villa - Max 2 Adults only.
Andaman Cottages - Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Maximum 1 extra bed
Andaman Lagoon - Max. 3 adults (or) 2 adults + 2 children. Maximum 1 extra bed
Andaman Bunglow - Max.4 adults + 2 Kids. Maximum 2 extra bed

CHILD & INFANT POLICYInfants and Children below the age of 3 years will be complimentary without extra bed. If an extra bed is required then the above child rates apply.
Children between 3-12 years will be charged as per the child rates.
Chidren above 12 years or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.

MEAL PLAN

All meals will be served at the main restaurant.
C.P - Room + Breakfast , M.A.P - Room + Breakfast + either lunch or dinner , A.P - Room + Breakfast+lunch + dinner.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in and check-out time is 0900hrs. Early check-in and Late check-out upto a maximum of three hours, subject to availability.
Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged one night's room rate.

DAY USE ROOMS
Use of a room for day use between 0930hrs -1600hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability.

HAVELOCK PIER - RESORT TRANSFERS
Transfers can be pre-booked at the rate of INR 300 per person one way. All transfers will be by non-air conditioned vehicle.

BOOKINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified cutt-off date after which they will be released unless full payment is received.
Bookings confirmed only after 100% payment in advance.
Please note that Rupee Rates are applicable for Resident Indian National or Foreigners holding Indian Resident/Work Permits.

CANCELLATION POLICY

33% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.
75% refund for cancellation received 29-14 days in advance.
50% refund for cancellation received 13-7 days in advance.
No refund for cancellation received less than 7 days in advance.
